You do. Each workspace is isolated from other tenants, and we do not sell or share your feedback with third parties. You can delete individual feedback items, export them for your own archive, or remove your workspace entirely at any time.

Can I use Sofibia in languages other than English?

Yes. Respondents can submit feedback in any language, and the AI normalizes sentiment, topics, and clusters across mixed-language input.

How is feedback different from a typical survey tool?

Surveys give you answers to questions you already asked. Sofibia surfaces themes, frustrations, and ideas you did not know to ask about by clustering open-ended feedback at scale.

Can I import feedback I already have?
